Buckshot Racing starts on the X2R build.
The New X2R has a few features you are going to love.
It's an all purpose 2 seat rocket, with 6" shorter wheel base than than the popular X5R & 8" wider on cab. Suspension will feature box chromoly arms front and rear. The interior will be all new with new dash and 7" monitor with attached cameras.

Safety
First, Inspect your Seat Harnesses
As
you all know, we at Buckshot like to to "Go
Big", but we definitely don't want to "Get
Tossed Out!" So be sure to inspect your safety
harnesses for any "wear n' tear."
Dj safety recommends changing the webbing (nylon)
in your
seat belts every 2 years for maximum protection.
Check with your seat belt
manufacture for recommendations and or expiration
dates.

From
the Sand Dunes to the Race Track
All of us that frequent Glamis are well familiar with
the Buckshot brand.
Buckshot is greatly known for their keen design and
brilliant engineering.
However, there is something new coming through the pipeline
at the home
based shop in La Habra, California. Look out Race Junkies,
here it comes. On
Thursday February 1st,2007, in Parker Arizona. Buckshot
Racing will unveil
it’s all new X5-R. This is a proto-type Class
I Unlimited race machine. Team
owner Phil Bollman of P.B. Plumbing and proud sponsors
Monster Energy, Beard
seats, Toyo tires, Balls Deep, Lowrance navigation &
Mckenzies plan to ease
into this years racing circuit and prepare the competition
for what they
have coming next year. This ride will be by far the
most unique Class I on
the track. A Windsor 351 Ford Motor will power this
beast. That’s right,
Ford Motor. You heard it, Ford Motor. Provided by major
sponsor Villa Ford.
To
start the season off, Andrew Buck will take the driver
seat for the
Parker 425 in it’s entirety on February 3,2007.
The team will then plan and
schedule for this years upcoming race events. They will
be doing a hand full
of races from both The SCORE Series and Best of the
Desert Racing
Association. Sorry, but we can’t get into too
much more detail about the car
or the team. We don’t want to spoil the surprises.
